A rare still white from Domaine Alexandre Bonnet in Les Riceys, blending 72% Pinot Noir vinified as white with 28% Chardonnay and matured mainly in used oak. Gently melted oak leads into ripe pineapple, candied orange and lemon peel and a subtle floral lift. The palate is broad and generous, with a rich, enveloping texture and a long, fresh, balanced finish. Lovely with roast sea bass and lemon butter, langoustine ravioli or pork fillet with dried apricots, and will cellar for up to 10 years.
